This is intended as a partial list of NIE Program (re: use of the newspaper) correlations with key Common Core Standards in English-Language Arts and Literacy in History/Social Studies, Science and Technical Subjects. Each standard referenced below is listed by strand, grade range: elementary (K-5) or secondary (6-12), and number.
